Short version: no sign-up, no required personal details.

ImmiQA is designed to be used without an account and without giving us your identity. You can ask a question and get a general answer without telling us who you are.

What we use

When you send a message, the text of your conversation is sent to our answering service so it can generate a reply. We keep your conversation and basic technical logs to run and protect the service. You do not need to give your name, contact details or documents to use the tool, and we ask you not to paste sensitive personal identifiers (passport numbers, full identity documents) into the chat.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't build advertising profiles from your questions. The tool doesn't ask you to register to see an answer.

If you leave a contact method

When a question needs someone to look at your situation, the chat may ask whether you would like to leave one contact method (email, phone or WeChat). This is optional. If you provide one, we keep it together with your conversation and pass it on so that a licensed migration agent or lawyer we work with can contact you. ImmiQA itself does not lodge applications or give immigration advice.

Third-party services

Answers are generated using third-party AI infrastructure, and the site is served through standard web hosting and a content-delivery network. These providers process requests to deliver the service.

No account needed. Just ask.
